Required Qualifications:
12+ years of software development experience using .NET, C# and/or Java
5+ years of people management and program management experience
5+ years of experience in client relationship management, account planning, budgeting and forecast
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Electronics or Information Technology, or related field AND 8+ years experience in IT Delivery and Service Management or Product Development or specialist consulting services
Master's Degree in IT management or computer management or IT Business Administration preferred
Proven experience in mid to large scale programs specific to IT modernisation or digital transformation
Good ITIL service management understanding with qualifications (ideally ITIL v4)
ITSM and Agile tools (e.g. ServiceNow, JIRA, MS TFS, Visio, Project Plan)
Certified cloud solution architect with strong architectural understanding of leading cloud platforms (Azure or AWS or Google)
Demonstrate strong background in software development, digital payments, ecommerce especially in retail or insurance domain
Good understanding of DevOps automation, Robotics process Automation (RPA) and IoT concepts
Experience of people management in a cross-organisational and/or Matrix environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly, design and problem-solving skills, with a passion for quality
Good experience in defining and governing quality process, standards and best practices including Risk Management
Experience in leading ITmodernisation and Cloud migration to Hybrid Cloud environments (Azure or AWS)
Good knowledge and certification in DevOps automation in cloud environment preferred
